Hugo is the north end of our home range: lake neighborhoods around Oneka Lake and Bald Eagle Lake, acreage to the east, and fast-growing developments like Victor Gardens with larger-than-average lots and plenty of new construction. New builds leave a graded dirt yard and a blank canvas; established lake lots come with trees, slopes and views to protect.
Gather Round the Fire, our Hugo project, is a complete backyard on an open lot: a natural stone fireplace, outdoor kitchen, plunge pool, pergola, patio and plantings designed as one plan and built by one crew. For a new-construction lot in Hugo, that is the model: design the whole yard once, then build it in the order that keeps the budget and the schedule honest.
