This Birchwood Village property had commanding views of White Bear Lake but a steep, unusable slope between the home and the shoreline. We engineered a series of tiered natural-stone retaining walls to hold the grade and carve out level, usable lawn and planting terraces, then finished them with sleek stainless cable railings and stairs that step all the way down to the water. A new paver driveway and lush plantings complete a lakefront property that is now as livable as it is striking.
